Finch Therapy
Faulty postural alignment can occur as a result of trauma, (motor vehicle accident, sprains, fractures and sporting injuries etc), damage from wear and tear of daily activities, overuse and repetitive movement patterns. This creates excessive strain on muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints;
Orthopaedic assessment is used to identify the source of the problem, muscle activation techniques (low load muscle contraction) is used to re-educate/reset the loading on the muscular sling. This process decreases muscular tension throughout the sling, allowing normal function of the spine and pelvis (and other joints) to occur.
